Your Way To Health, Happiness, And Prosperity With Eft !!

EFT –  Answers From Acupuncture for Health, Happiness and Prosperity.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a healing tool based on the theory that our emotions and physical symptoms are linked to the underlying energy system of the body. That energy system is the acupuncture meridian system known to the Chinese for thousands of years.

EFT was developed by Stanford Engineer Gary Craig, who discovered the basic theory in 1991 and continues to this day to develop and improve on EFT applications.

The underpinning theory of EFT is simple, yet sheds a whole new light on our emotional experiences and how we interpret them.

Gary Craig’s EFT discovery statement asserts that: “The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system.” He believes that “our unresolved negative emotions are major contributors to most physical pains and diseases.”

How Does EFT Work?

Chinese Medicine and the ancient Indian Science of Ayurveda both support the concept that our emotional experiences, in particular resentments, hurts and anger, contribute significantly to the development of disease in the human body.

While the EFT theory that all negative emotions are caused by a disruption in the energy system of the body may sound odd at first, the idea is far from new. In fact, it’s 5,000 years old and was more recently enforced by Albert Einstein who taught that everything is made of energy.

The reason EFT works so well is purely because it embraces the secrets of Eastern healing traditions that have been overlooked by the west.

Acupuncture is finally attracting interest, and research has been conducted to try and  figure out how and why it works. Yet that research will always seek to put acupuncture in a box that makes sense to what conforms in the West. The impressive results of acupuncture have been called a placebo effect, when, in truth, they are due to an ancient understanding of meridian energy circuitry which runs throughout all living creatures.

EFT & Acupuncture

In acupuncture, points are carefully selected by practitioners trained to read the maps of the meridian system. EFT is based on a select few of these potent points known to excel in giving emotional and physical relief to anyone who simply learns where they are and how to use them. EFT doesn’t require expert knowledge, or the use of needles, the points are simply stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

We need only look to the fact that in China hundreds of people every day undergo heart surgery using nothing but acupuncture for anesthesia, to realise that anything based on the solid healing foundation that acupuncture has to offer is worth exploring further.

Gary Craig developed EFT as an incredibly user friendly access point to the benefits of acupuncture and the healing potential latent within us all to deal with our physical and emotional pain. EFT track record for relieving negative emotions, anxiety and trauma has earned it the descriptive title of “acupuncture for the emotions, but without the needles.”

There’s an old saying that we should judge a tree by it’s fruits. The fruits of EFT can be quickly and easily tasted by learning the basics and setting EFT to work on dissolving any negative emotion. EFT takes just 5 minutes to learn, and then you can put it to the test of your own direct experience.

EFT can be use for any emotional issue. If you an online Marketer and worry or struggle with your business you can use EFT and my FREE eBook “It’s-All-In-The-List” to improve your subscriber list and business.

Part 2: How To Top Google By Writing Articles

The second part of how to top Google by writing articles is more a FAQ’s and I hope you will find it helpful:

Q) What should I write about?

A) Write about what you know. Make sure it’s related to your business (so you can use the keywords you want to rank with) and helpful (so it gets published). For example, if you’re a manufacturer of industrial plastics, you might write an article – or series of articles – on how best to handle teflon tubing prior to installation. Once you get thinking about it, you’ll probably find there are hundreds of articles you could write that are helpful. You may even have some of them partly written already in your instruction manuals or installation guides, etc. Another good idea is to think of all the questions you get asked by customers and potential customers. These questions show you what people are interested in. If you write an article answering every one of these questions, you’ll get published, and you’ll also show yourself to be a credible expert. (You may even cut down phone support time!)

Q) How long should my article be?

A) The best articles are only as long as they need to be. Keep it short and sweet – there’s nothing wrong with a 400 word article. By the same token, if you need 1500 words to say all you need to say, that’s fine as well.

Q) What kind of writing should I use?

A) Simply write in a style that your audience will be comfortable with. If they’re from the old school, don’t write like I am. Don’t use contractions, don’t end sentences with prepositions, and don’t start sentences with “and” or “but”. But if they’re not old school, just use conversational English. In fact, the more of yourself you include in the article, the more engaging it will be. The key is to make it readable. Also, a very good fond to use for easy reading is Tahoma, Georgia or Verdana.

Q) Should I focus on keywords?

A) Yes! Yes! Yes! Any SEO website copywriter will tell you that just as you need to optimize your website for specific keywords, so too should you optimize your articles. If possible, turn keywords into links back to your site. And always try to include keywords in the headline and byline of your article. And don’t worry about being seen as Spam; if your article provides good quality information and guidance, it won’t be seen as spam by the search engines even when it’s very keyword rich.

Q) Where should I submit my article?

A) There are hundreds, if not thousands, of submit sites on the Internet. Too many to include here. Do a search for “article submit” and just find the ones that are most applicable to your industry and offer the most subscribers. Alternatively, you can purchase a list.

Q) Who will publish my article?

A) Generally people publish pre-written articles because they want “eyes on paper”. In other words, they want to generate traffic to their site. Helpful articles are one way of doing that. It also sets them up as credible authorities on a particular subject. And it develops customer loyalty. There are hundreds of thousands of companies (maybe even millions) publishing online newsletters, ezines, and article pages. No matter what your industry, you’re bound to find quite a few who are interested in what you have to say. In fact, once a few publishers
recognise you as a good source of content, they keep coming back looking for more (and even email you asking if you can send them directly).

Q) How will I know when my article has been published?

A) As one of the conditions of publications, you can request that the publisher notifies you when they use your article. Of course, most don’t bother to do this, so it’s a good idea to set up a Google Alert (http://www.google.com/alerts) which notifies you when your URL has been published on a web page. Google doesn’t pick them all up, but it picks up a lot. Whenever you receive an alert, you make sure the article in unchanged and the link back to your site is functioning.

Q) Will the publisher change my article?

A) No, generally not. Changing articles is just extra work. In fact, that’s why publishers like good articles and consistent content providers – because that means they don’t have to do any extra work. I’ve had many articles published, and don’t recall a single instance of an article being changed without my permission. If you’re worried about it, you can include an instruction not to change the article in your conditions of publication.

Q) Can I get an SEO copywriter to write and submit my articles?

A) Yes. Any SEO copywriter should be able to write keyword rich articles and submit them to a number of high traffic article submit sites.

Q) What kind of information would I need to supply an SEO copywriter to write my article?

A) You’d need to tell your SEO copywriter something like, “We want to write an article which helps people install teflon tubing. The kinds of people who’d be doing it are… They’d be doing it because… The benefits of our tubing are… The difficulties they’d face are… Here are the key steps to successful installation…” Using this information, your SEO copywriter should be able to put together a very readable article which would be bound to get published.

Part 1: How To Top Google By Writing Articles

Search engines determine their rankings based on two things:

1) Is your site relevant? (Optimized for certain keywords)

2) Is your site important? (Many links back to your site from other sites)

Only when you address both of these considerations are you guaranteed of making an impact. Your degree of success depends on how hard you try and how many other people you’re competing against (and how hard they’re trying).

Optimizing your site for keywords is the easy part.  Generating links back to your site is much more challenging – and time consuming (especially considering Google’s dampening link filter). But it can be done; and you don’t need a huge budget.

The key to topping Google on a budget is writing articles.

Here’s how it works…

STEP 1) You’re an expert in your field so you possess knowledge that other people want.

STEP 2) You write a helpful article – sharing your hard-earned knowledge and expertise.

STEP 3) You submit your article to recognized “Article Submit” sites on the Internet.

STEP 4) Publishers of online newsletters, eZines, etc. gather content from these sites for free.

STEP 5) Helpful, well written articles are snapped up by thousands of publishers from all around the world.

STEP 6) The only condition is that they must publish the article with a functioning link to your site.

STEP 7) 300 people publish your article – you get 300 links back to your site.
In Part 2 tomorrow we talk about FAQs about article writing that will help you write your articles and manage your campaign.

Can Life-Coaching Help You To Achieve Your Full Potential?

Do you know that you have more to offer, but struggle to understand how to apply yourself in order to achieve your goals?

Do you find it difficult to believe that you have the ability to  achieve your full potential,  fulfill your dreams and live the life that you have always wanted to have? If yes, Life-coaching maybe the option for you.

Many people struggle each and every day with a sense that they will never live up to their full and true potential. And unfortunately, many of those individuals will never overcome the personal mental barriers and fears that prevent them from accomplishing their life’s purpose.

But, there is good news for those who are willing to ask for help. With personal life coaching and personal development training, anyone can achieve their true potential. They can reach their goals and find that something special within themselves that will make their life feel more complete.

How Personal Life Coaching Can Help

So, what is personal life coaching exactly? Life coaching is a process for individuals to undertake with the help of a coach, who will have a number of conversations with the individual and provide mentoring and advice based upon what is needed by the client. During the process, individuals – or even groups – will be asked questions that help them to really examine their lives through a whole new set of eyes and from an unbiased, knowledgeable perspective.

Some questions will be relatively straightforward: are you happy with the way your life is going? What are you looking to improve in your life – the way you accomplish your work, the amount of and quality of time that you have for your family? Other questions will require more thoughtful answers.

These questions are designed to help the life development coach see to the obstacles that stand between the client and their ultimate success in realizing their goals. These questions encourage the life coach’s clients to focus on their fears, their challenges, and on whether or not they are committed to reaching their stated goals.

Developing A Path For Success

Based on the answers to all of the questions that a life coach asks – the easier and the more difficult questions – a life coach will work with his or her client to re-structure the way that the individual approaches their life, work and problems. In part, this may mean that the client will be thinking differently about how to solve problems or defining an effective strategy towards reorganizing their lives in a positive way. It may also mean that the client will begin to condition him or herself to actually reach his or her goals.

Sometimes, the personal life development coach will recognize that the individual’s real goals differ from his or her stated goals in a number of ways. When this happens, the life coach will help his or her client see the contradictions between their stated and real goals.

In order to help with this conditioning, a life coach is dedicated to teaching their client’s how to use tools that will boost their level of self-accountability. He or she will work with the client to help them overcome their fears and stumbling blocks, so they are better able to achieve their goals – their personal goals, their professional goals and even, in many cases, their financial goals.

Reaching goals, like starting a successful online business, is a process. Unlike a therapist, a life coach will not work with his or her client to discover the roots of their problems. Instead of looking to the past, a life coach will help their client look to the future. At the end of the process, an individual will be able to clearly identify his or her goals and develop the tools and resources that are needed to achieve them.

If your goal is building a successful online business you really need to consider growing an email marketing list full of targeted prospects. All of the so called internet “gurus”  you have heard of have huge email marketing lists and those lists are the source of their success.

Using Pictures on Your Blog Can Boost Traffic!!

Studies show that readers are often much more interested in blogs that offer pictures. Blogs that use pictures are shown to be accessed more often than plain text blogs. If you are looking for an interesting way to boost traffic to your site, you might want to think about including pictures. Adding pictures to your blog is typically not a hard task. Most blogging programs will have areas in which you can quickly and easily add pictures. Keep in mind that if you are involved in a program such as Google Adsense, pictures won’t always correspond as well for your ads as text will however. Overall pictures provide readers with a better understanding of what you are trying to convey over your blog. If you are wondering why pictures boost traffic, consider these explanations.

Scanability

One surefire way to boost traffic on your blog is to create a blog with a high level of scanability. When your blog can be easily scanned for content, viewers are more likely to want to visit your blog again. Experts say that it takes almost 25% more energy for the eyes and brain to read words on a computer in contrast with reading them on paper. Therefore, although readers may not know it, they are likely to read much less on their computer screen. This is because it takes longer to read the words and uses up more energy.

Sixty percent of the people who read your blog will not read it word for word. They will simply scan through it looking for your main points. They almost always read the headlines and also look at the pictures. Pictures always help make your blog more easily scanned because they offer a break for the eyes and the brain. The eyes and brain will look at the picture in a different manner than they look at words on a blog. Offering the eyes and brain a “break” will allow your blog to be scanned easily. In turn, when it can be scanned easily, the readers will keep coming!

Keeping the Interest

One thing that bloggers tend to do is go on and on about one thing endlessly. It is important to limit each post to a small amount of words because if you don’t, your reader will get bored. To avoid losing a reader’s interest you can shorten posts and bring your main point to the forefront. You can also add pictures to your blog. Adding pictures is the perfect way to keep the interest of your readers. If you are talking about a lovely plant you have grown in your yard or an unusual looking dog you just adopted, consider adding a picture of it to your blog.

You would be surprised at how much more traffic you can bring to your site. People will be able to connect more with you about the subject you are posting about. They will be able to laugh with you at pictures you find funny and admire those that you treasure. You will be maintaining a “friendship” through your pictures with your readers.

If you want to add pictures to your blog, you might want to consider investing in a digital camera, if you don’t already have one. This will make putting the pictures onto your computer a much easier task to begin with. After you master this task, read the “help” information on your blogging software to understand how you need to add the pictures to your blog. Pay special attention to any size requirements or suggestions. Some blogs will only allow a specific amount of space for graphics, so you will need to be aware of that amount.

Use Your Autoresponder As List Building Tool

One of the great features that you can have from an Autoresponder is automatic response to anyone who requests more information about your business. You’ll, then, take advantage of this feature to help automate your list-building and prospecting process (sometimes up to the sign up process), if you do it correctly.

What you need to do is prepare 5 to 7 messages about your business and upload them into your Autoresponder System. Set these messages to be delivered 2 to 3 days apart so that anyone requesting information from you will get all your messages in a sequence over a period of about 3 weeks.

Then, give a reason why anyone should be on your mailing list.

Here is a brief example of how you can customize your Autoresponder with 7 messages.

Message #1: Sent Immediately

In this message, you can thank the persons who requested the business information from you. Tell a little background about you and encourage these persons to contact you and ask any question about your business. Then, leave a link to your MLM website so that they can explore the opportunity themselves.

Message #2: Sent 2 days apart

In this message, let them know the benefits of your own products and how these products are unique from others. Leave a link to your MLM website and encourage them to contact you.

Message #3: Sent 3 days apart

In this message, brief them about the Internet MLM in general and how people make money from the Internet and MLM. Then, leave a link to your MLM website and encourage them to contact you.

Message #4: Sent 2 days apart

In this message, explain to them the opportunity to make an extra recurring and growing income from your business. Remind them about the concept of MLM that you mentioned in your previous email. At the end of your message, leave a link to your MLM website and encourage them to contact you.

Message #5: Sent 4 days apart

In this message, let them know how you can help them achieve success in your Internet MLM business. Tell them the system you are using and the support group that you have. Let them evaluate if your business is the right one for them. Then, leave a link to your MLM website and encourage them to contact you.

Message #6: Sent 2 days apart

In this message, put a few testimonials from happy customers or members that have been working the business with you. Make it a point that they can do the same part time. Again, leave a link to your MLM website and encourage them to contact you.

Message #7: Sent 3 days apart

In this message, ask their feedback about your Internet MLM program. Mention that you’re doing a survey of why some people are not open to this type of business or why they are hesitant to join. You’ll get some good feedback of the concerns that other people have about your program and if these concerns arise again, you can expect some answers that you can give to your prospects. Lastly, leave a link to your MLM website and encourage them to contact you.

These are just sample email templates that you can write and upload them into your Autoresponder system. They don’t have to be in an order like above and they don’t have to be only 7 of them. You can write as many as you want about any subjects that you like. However, observe that in every email message that you write, you want to end with a call of action for your prospects to visit your MLM website or contact you for more information.

Now that you have your messages uploaded into your Autoresponder system, you want to let a lot of people know about your opportunity. But, before that, you need to give a reason why these people should request more information from you and be in your mailing list.
The experts all agree, “the money is in the list.” I want to help you build your own highly targeted email marketing list AND teach you how to grow solid, trusting relationships with members of your list. Some of these relationships will go on to become profitable business partnerships!
